Fixtures

We have two teams entered in the Sutton & District League this season, competing in the Mixed and the Hybrid divisions, full fixture details of which are now available.

Twenty matches are scheduled, commencing with an away at Wimbledon BC on Sunday 11th October, and the last on Saturday 24th April, at home against Chessington BC. continued . . .

Welcome

St Margarets, a friendly badminton club, is always pleased to accept new players of moderate to advanced standard, to play on Mondays and Fridays, between 8pm and 10.15pm. Presently, we have vacancies on Fridays only, so if you'd like to join, please contact us on 07949 125 704.

Club fees are £3 per evening, or £14 per calendar month (eight evenings), which pays for use of the hall and the feathered shuttlecocks.

For those new to badminton, the recommended introduction is via a Local Education Authority evening class, listings of which may be found at Floodlight and HotCourses. Also helpful, and easy to use, is the Find-A-Club page at the "Badminton England" website.
